My “Super Rainbow Smoothie” (or “Super Roy G. Biv Smoothie”) is good for anybody, but especially those with arthritis and blood pressure issues; it can also help with digestion, and … tastes splendiferous!
Here are the ingredients as the Smoothie is being assembled:
Super Rainbow Smoothie Ingredients
1) Anti-inflammatory spice mixture (Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, and Black Pepper)
2) Greens (Spring Mix) and Walnuts
3) Bananas and Pineapple
4) Various Berries (Straw, Blue, Black, Rasp) and a Taste of Honey
5) Granny Smith apple (or can use Kiwi)
6) Coconut Water, Grapeseed Oil, and Currants
7) Tangelo wedges and Lemon slice
8) Geek Yogurt (official yogurt of IT professionals, &c)
