The Netherlands (now Belgium), not The Gem State
I pretty much ignored this band when they were popular/I was young, but I now love the bass work. I guess I would call them a disco-pop band; disco was anathema to me at the time; I hated it with a purple passion — no longer, though, as anything danceable is what I like to play the most. I’m in my second childhood, I guess.
